Shipping policy
Every FUCK BIPOLAR piece is made to order. We print when you order. No warehouses full of dead stock, no waste. That means your order needs a few days before it ships.
Processing time
Orders are produced within 2 to 5 business days after purchase. Production time is not shipping time. Shipping starts when production ends. You get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping is calculated per order at checkout. Flat rates by region:

Delivery estimates are exactly that: estimates. Carriers, customs and peak seasons can add time. Total time to your door is production time plus delivery time.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide. If your country is not listed above, it falls under Rest of the world.
Where your order ships from
We produce at fulfillment facilities in Europe, North America and other regions. Your order ships from the facility closest to you whenever possible. That keeps delivery faster and customs simpler.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You receive your tracking link by email when the order leaves production. Give the link up to 48 hours to activate.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped within the EU include VAT. For orders outside the EU, your country may charge import duties, taxes or fees on delivery. These charges are set by your local customs authority, not by us, and they are your responsibility. We cannot predict or control them.
Wrong address
Check your shipping address before you complete checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order and we will do our best to correct it before production ends. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, you cover the reshipping cost.
Lost, delayed or damaged shipments
If your tracking has not moved for 10 business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and the packaging. We will replace it. No forms, no fight.
